      Susan Gandar FNAEA - Partner
      Susan has been involved in selling property in Ashtead for over 40 years and has a wealth of knowledge and experience in all aspects of property sales and marketing. She opened the Ashtead Office of Patrick Gardner & Co. in 1994 which has gone from strength to strength, she believes that living in Ashtead for over 35 years has been a major part of her success.  In 2013 Patrick Gardner had a  a new updated look for their corporate branding which was rolled out in the summer by the refurbishment of the Ashtead Office which Susan played the key role in designing. She then went on to complete the move and refurbishment of the Bookham office and has just finished the refurbishment of the offices in Dorking.   Susan is an active member of Ashtead Village Traders Association and a member of the RAC Golf & Country Club. Travelling, keeping fit and tending her allotment are among her many interests. Susan is married to Keith and has one son and a grandson who is the apple of her eye.

      Douglas Hooker, BA (Hons)  MNAEA - Partner
      After an education at St John's School in Leatherhead and a degree at The University of Surrey, Douglas joined Patrick Gardner Residential in 1998 and developed a passion for selling all types of property locally. He works tirelessly for his clients ensuring with his team that Patrick Gardner are the 'go to' estate agents within the village with a considerable amount of repeat business. His commitment and dedication was recognised by the company and in 2013 he became a full Partner. When he is not working for the benefit of his clients, his outside interests include walking his two rescue greyhounds with his wife Cathy over the Surrey Hills and listening to modern Jazz.

      Sarah Alexander, MNAEA - Negotiator
      Sarah joined the Ashtead team in 2009 and has subsequently gained her professional qualification with The National Association of Estate Agents.  Having lived in Fetcham all her life, she has a comprehensive knowledge of the local area which is invaluable for both buyers and sellers alike.  She is always keen to support the local community and has participated in numerous sporting events for charity.  Sarah and her Partner, Liam, bought their first house 2 years ago and have enjoyed the task of upgrading the property and garden.  They have recently adopted a rescue dog and spend evenings and weekends out together either walking or running in the local countryside.

      Michelle McCurry - Negotiator
      Michelle started out in estate agency in 2003 working for a Surrey conveyancing solicitor who was linked to his own independent estate agency. In 2005 Michelle moved on to a corporate agent selling homes across the beautiful rural county of Herefordshire. Having taken some time out of estate agency to raise a young family she returned to Surrey and joined Patrick Gardner in 2015.  
      Michelle loves singing and is a member of a community choir.  She enjoys making the moving process as stress free as possible for both sellers & buyers.

      Alice Price - Assistant
      Having grown up in Ashtead, Alice joined Patrick Gardner in 2013 and has assisted the Ashtead agency team in many sales working part time whilst completing her degree at King's College London. Alice has always shown tremendous interest in the property market and loves showing people around houses.  Outside of work and education, Alice  spends time with her horse, Alfie, together with her other pets and keeps fit by working out in the gym.
