Paul Clements, Shelton & Co were established in 1980 at Stapleford expanding three years later to an office at Long Eaton and two years after that into Beeston. The firm is run by three qualified partners with considerable experience in both residential and commercial property.
We deal primarily with the area to the West of Nottingham centre based around our three offices and in all types of commercial and residential property sales and rental including both leasehold and freehold.
Partners are qualified members of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and deal with all aspects of property, whether clients are buying or selling. We deal with residential and commercial sales, valuations for all purposes and deal extensively with property management for both residential and commercial. Purchasers surveys can be carried out at competitive prices and in detail.
