Established in 1992 by Directors, Jeff Shorter and Paul Dettmer, we are an independently owned and operated firm of estate agents specialising in residential sales, letting and land. Paul and Jeff have jointly over 60 years’ experience of selling property of all types and prices in Southern Hampshire. In addition to residential sales we have a thriving letting department where we manage a property portfolio whose value is in excess of £12 million.
We are also able to advise should a client have a garden which they feel could be developed and have also disposed of any parcels of grazing land.
