    Claire Smith FNAEA (Comm), FNAEA, MARLA
    Claire began her career in Estate Agency in 2007 and subsequently became a Partner in the firm in 2009. Having worked in the industry for over 13 years, Claire has a vast experience in all aspects of residential and commercial sales and lettings. Claire also specialises in Block & Estate Management, which varies from organising annual budgets, various contractors, to arranging for fire extinguishers to be serviced. In her spare time, Claire enjoys socialising with her friends, horse riding and keeping fit at the gym. You may also of heard that she has an impressive gin collection!

    Georgina Brown FNAEA (Comm), FNAEA
    Georgina joined the family firm in 2013 and subsequently became a Partner in the firm in 2019. Georgina heads up the Residential Sales department and looks after all our clients from the initial market appraisal, sales negotiation through to completion. Georgina is extremely approachable and with her extensive experience, she understands how frustrating buying a house can be and how important communication at every step of the way is. Over the last seven years, Georgina has built up a client base which is strongly based on repeat business and recommendations. Georgina is also a qualified fellow of the National Association of Estate Agents.

    David Smith FRICS FNAEA
    David is the longest serving and some would say, the most knowledgeably member of the firm. David qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 1974 and was the Principle partner in the firm for over 44 years. He subsequently retired from the partnership in 2019, thus handing the reins over to his two daughters, Claire and Georgina. David is now a consultant for the firm, dealing with all aspects of the property market. In his spare time, David spends his time tinkering with his military vehicles.

    Georgina is a valuable member of the team having been part of the Percival & Company family for over 11 years. Letting your property can be somewhat daunting and stressful and Georgina makes sure that our Letting Department runs as smoothly as possible. Georgina is also responsible for liaising with new and existing clients, carrying out viewings, carrying out inspections and dealing with any maintenance issues. Georgina has built up good relationships our Tenants and Landlords and is known for always being enthusiastic and helpful. In her spare time, Georgina has a great passion for swimming and is often found at swimming gala competitions with her son.

    Lisa joined the firm in February 2021 as a secretary/administrator, having previously worked as a secretary in a firm of Accountants for over 18 years. Lisa assists with processing invoices, preparing accounts, chasing arrears and ensuring supplier invoices are paid. In her spare time, Lisa enjoys baking, dining out with her husband, socialising with friends and spending time with her nieces and nephews.

    Jane joined the firm on a part time basis in November 2020, having previously worked as a ledger controller for many years. Jane assists the team with responding to emails, answering the telephone and assisting clients that come into branch with her excellent customer service skills. In her spare time, Jane liked to read home interior magazines, watch property related tv programmes, spend time with her nieces and nephews, walk and dance in her kitchen on a Friday night!
