    What our customers are saying about us;
    • Introduction

      Please see below for testimonials from our customers;

    Testimonials from Sellers

    • Seller Testimonial

      "I used PB&C to sell my house and would be very happy to recommend them. I found all the staff to be very helpful, courteous and pro-active. My client manager was Mariae Robertson. Mariae was in regular contact throughout the whole process with updates and helpful information which was very reassuring and contributed to everything going smoothly at completion."
    • Seller Testimonial

      "I have recently sold a property using Perry Bishop and Chambers. I found the initial valuation carried out by Philip Bishop to be prompt and professional, but I must say that the follow up input from Maggie was really fantastic. She kept me informed of all viewings, and the company in general were very good at notifying me in advance of viewings, and prompt in giving feedback. Maggie acted as a great go-between between myself and my prospective buyer, and ensured a smooth sale from my side, and I am sure a smooth purchase for my buyer also. Having had bad experiences with another well known local estate agent, it was a pleasure to have worked with this team, and I would not hesitate to recommend them. Thank you!"
    • Seller Testimonial

      "The service I received was excellent, nothing was too much trouble for them. Not only did they respond to all my queries quickly and efficiently but every time I went into the branch I was immediately greeted by name, they knew who I was, the property I was buying and where I was in the process, all without having to look at their records. It was an impressive service."
