    Founded by Peter Lane and wife Denise, the company was set up in 1990 by Peter, Denise and Roger Stoneman.

    You may think that once that sale is agreed its all plain sailing but believe us when we tell you its not always that simple and so let us introduce you to Anne-Marie who has so many thank you cards for the brilliant work she does behind the scenes with the sole purpose of getting those contracts signed as quickly as possible. It takes every one of her 21 years spent in estate agency to understand and help keep those contracts moving and making sure you are kept informed all of the way. Born in Oakham and living in Huntingdon with her daughter Danielle, Anne-Marie is a former St Ives Carnival Princess and a keen traveller who hopes to bring a little sparkle to your purchase or sale.

    Colin Turner - Senior Valuer

Colin grew up in Brampton and now lives in Godmanchester and has 2 lovely children Barnaby and Jemima.     Roger Stoneman - Director
    A talented all round business man, Roger was the obvious choice to turn to when Peter Lane was being formed 26 years ago, and he has never looked back. Roger has been involved in the industry for 30 years managing offices within Cambridgeshire and Suffolk locations before taking up the reins in Huntingdon as the role of Company Director. Supported by his wife Silvie and their daughter Natalie, he still remembers and reminisces about his successful footballing career, although we only have his word for the successes as no trophies are on display, Roger now enjoys playing golf whenever time allows. With his competitive spirit, attention to detail and an enormous pride in the company and the service it provides Roger is the perfect person to trust and make a success of any house move.

    Peter Lane - Managing Director
    For a business of this size one of the most important factors is experience and in Peter the company has bags of it. Peter has been running the company for 26 years and has over 40 years experience in the industry not something that you will readily find on most high streets these days! Married to Denise and with 3 grown up daughters and 6 grand daughters it would be fair to say Peter might struggle to find time for himself but as an owner of a horse he still rides and trains to compete in the Equestrian sport of 'reining' across the country and with what little time is left over he is now the Chairman of British Reining! A true competitor, known in the company as 'The Boss', (isn't there a singer with that title?), Peter believes in doing the best for his clients, embracing modern technology and inspiring all around him to be the very best and believes that his company is the only choice when it comes to buying and selling houses.
