    The Llanelli branch of Peter Morgan Estate Agents is run by the eldest son of Peter & Julie Morgan; Jonathan Morgan.

    Having been trading within Llanelli for over 20 years, this office is one of the longest standing offices and is a cornerstone of the business. Llanelli as a town has undergone vast change over the years, having been nicknamed Tinopolis from the 60's to a town now which boasts miles of beach front and a tourist attractions at Pembrey Country Park, the award winning multi-million pound Jack Nicklaus designed Machynys Golf Club; and the town centre its self, which has the Trostre and Pemberton Retail Parks and the latest development, the East Gate Project, which has succeeding in drawing businesses and customers alike to the town. There are 21 miles of coastal pathways under the name Millennium Coastal Path, and the district hosts two professional rugby union sides being The Scarlets and Llanelli RFC who both play at Parc y Scarlets. Within 5 miles of Llanelli you have the Ffos Llas Racecourse. The extensive redevelopment of the town has naturally included new housing developments, which are appealing to people looking to move into Llanelli, and also established residents enjoying the new attractions.

    The office is located in John Street and is staffed at present by Jonathan and Daniel Morgan, who both have grown up in the family business and both have strong family values in life and business, along with Ffion the Main administrator of the office and the latest addition to the sales team Aimee.
