Pilgrims is a well-established independent agent specialising in residential lettings. Our company has built up a reputation for its friendly and professional service in both lettings and management.
In fact, our logo ‘The Agents Who Care’ is a maxim which is as true today as it always has been and our aim is to look after each home as if it were our own.
We have been in the business successfully since 1969 and, as members of the Association of Residential Letting Agents (ARLA), owners and tenants can be sure that their interests are safeguarded.
The two directors have been with the company since 1986 and both hold the ARLA 2000 Competency Certificate.
Pilgrims is run entirely from one office by an experienced team and each managed property is assigned to a Property Manager. This ensures that we can offer a truly personalised service to both landlord and tenant.
Although we are based in West Byfleet, we cover a much wider area, reaching as far as Guildford in one direction and Esher in the other.
