Welcome to Pink Residential Nationwide, the family run online Estate Agency.
Pink Residential was started after we listened to our customers and created an agency that clients wanted. As a family run business we have set up Pink Residential with a view to providing a service that we personally would want to use and we are always mindful of the fact that our estate agency must be a company that we would instruct.
Pink Residential offers excellent value for money without compromise. Clients deal with NAEA and ARLA members and our experience and use of technology is second to none.
We are an established Estate Agency that has recently launched the online service to provide a service of those customers that want a slightly more hands of approach without losing all the benefits of using an Estate Agency.
The only difference is we will discuss your marketing or valuation price with your over the telephone using our experience and information that we are privy to on comparable houses that have sold in your area. You will have to show people around your home yourself, but to be honest, a large majority of clients prefer to do this anyway. We booked all your viewings in and we discuss all your offers and then run your sale. The only thing you won’t get to do is pay us a huge amount of money at the end, although if this bothers you, you can!
Everyone wants value for money for products and services that they purchase and use and when you sell your home this ethos is not different. It is also one of the most valuable items you own so you want to be sure that you have chosen correct. The great thing about Pink Residential is that you are not tied into any lengthy contracts are sole agency periods, you pay your fee, and then you get to have your property on the market with us, providing we have copy of either your HIP for sales properties or your EPC for lettings properties. Don't worry if you don't have an EPC or a HIP under the instruct us / pay button we have an option for you to purchase them.
