Pink & Black are now in their 5th year and looking forward to 2012 being a gold medal year for the team and our clients. We have been blessed in the early years of the business that 98% of our business has been through referral from people who are known to us or have used us before.
To be able to bring our unique and personalised service to more of you; we have expanded our team and are very happy to welcome Nikki Cox, Beverley Gleave and Jack Bouwer to the Team. Now with a team of seven highly skilled agents, who have all undertaken a rigorous training, we look forward to being able to represent more properties in 2012. We work on a one in one out basis because for us it is more important to actually sell houses. In the current erratic market, houses need more proactive marketing as every property is different and demands a bespoke campaign.
