Rental payments are made directly into your bank account accompanied with an emailed statement for your records which minimises paperwork. Inspections will also be conducted every three months for your peace of mind.
A comprehensive inventory including photographs will be produced on your property and this will be signed by your tenant on the day they move in. We will handle the management of the assured shorthold tenancy with the service of all appropriate notices.
Any maintenance issues that arise we will seek quotations and approval from the landlord prior to any work commencing.
