    FULL MANAGEMENT
    Our fee for full management service is 10% of the rent passing plus VAT. There is a one off fee at the commencement of the Tenancy in the sum, of £150.00 plus VAT (This is deducted from the first month's rent). The Landlord will be responsible for our agreed fee plus VAT until the Tenant vacates at the end of their contract.

    FINDERS FEE
    Our fee for introducing a tenant is a one off fee of one months rent plus VAT. This includes everything up until the tenant moves in to the property at that point we then hand the dealings over to the Landlord making sure all relevant needs are taken care of.

SERVICES TO TENANTS

    At Proctors we are confident of finding the home most suitable to you, with an ever frequent rental list we will always have something for everyone. When making the move with Proctors we will take care of everything keeping the tenants hassle free. Our services to the tenants include:

    -Notifying the local council and utility companies
    - Protect your deposit with the DPS (Government back company acting as a referee to any dispute)
    -Set up a standing order direct with your bank for rent payments
    -Organise maintenance works for the property when applicable

    When arranging a viewing through Proctors there are several ways to do so:
    -By telephone
    -In the office
    -Via Email
    -Via all internet portals (Rightmove, Zoopla etc)

    Applying for a property
    -Fill out an application form either in office or via email
    -Pay the application fee (£140 single or £160 joint)
    -Provide proof of ID (Passport or Driving License)
    -Once checks come back then provide a move in date
    -Pay one months rent as a deposit and one months rent in advance before move in date
    -Documentation and tenancy agreement signed
    -Keys handed over
