Property Liaisons was started by Chris Hawkins, Lisa Goobey and Jane Wells from a small office in Canary Wharf in 1993. The company’s aim was to meet the rising demand for property created by the regeneration of the Docklands area. Since the mid-nineties Property Liaisons has grown from a company of three to company of over thirty individuals. We are an established Docklands agent both north and south of the Thames with branches in Wapping, Surrey Quays and a forthcoming branch in Greenwich. Our sister company London Lofts, now headed by Chris Hawkins, sources, designs and develops building projects ranging from luxury conversions to prestige commercial and residential skyscrapers.
Our company mission statement is simple: Good negotiation is the ability to create advantages for all parties, good business is the ability to see ourselves within our customers.
