    The team is led by David Ward who has been with Prospect since 2009.     Fenella joined Prospect in March 2017 with 2 years previous experience in the property industry. Looking after transactions for Bracknell and Winnersh Fenella's role is to Liaise with solicitors to ensure the transaction process is as smooth and stress-free as possible while at the same time making sure weekly updates are given to all clients. She takes great pride in providing an experience to clients where they have knowledge of the whole transaction and are updated with all that is happening within a chain or on a single transaction. Calling the buyer and seller to make them aware exchange has taken place is the most rewarding part of her role.

    Roberto Contreras - Area Manager
    Roberto made the decision to join Prospect Estate Agency in June 2007 after working for another town centre agent. Over the last six years he's worked in the Bracknell office he has been promoted five times and is now the Area Manager. Roberto's local knowledge and passion for Bracknell, Binfield and the surrounding areas, comes from being one of six boys who have all lived and grown up in the area. This passion is shared with his team that work with him, as they are all local people. Roberto says "Work today is so much of an individual's life, that enjoying your job and the company you work for really has a positive effect on me as a person".

    Roxanne Hobden - Head of Administrators 
    Roxanne joined Prospect Estate Agency in 2011 as a Branch Administrator in our Bracknell office. She then moved to Wokingham and took on additional responsibility for Support, before being promoted to Head of Administration, based in the Sandhurst office. Roxanne has previously won Quarterly and Annual Awards and has been to Miami and Marbella. Roxanne lives locally and went to school in Bracknell, giving her in-depth knowledge of the area.
