Purbeck & Co was established in March 2008 by Jo Fox, with the aim of providing clients with a truly independent estate agency service.
Having worked for a number of years for larger company in the area Jo identified that clients were becoming frustrated and cynical with the way estate agency had changed. Many companies have become a large and complex with numerous associated branches and off shoots, such as mortgage and conveyancing services, to be maintained. This has lead to clients needs becoming secondary.
At Purbeck & Co we aim to offer a clear, flexible, cost effective service based on a very simple idea: When a client is seeking to purchase or sell a house, we are there to help introduce the best buyer to the most suitable property. We believe a heavy- handed sales approach is no longer valid in a more sophisticated society which, has information readily available.
Jo and Lynn offer a wealth of experience in property and life. They are more than happy to offer advice and information, where it is needed in our comfortable office with convenient customer parking.
Our policy is to ensure that our potential clients are given clear information from the outset. With this in mind we ensure our terms of business are very transparent; with no minimum contract period, and only a 28 day notice period.
