Putterills dedicated New Homes office opened it's doors in January 2002.
We have rapidly expanded our reputation as one of the County’s leading sellers of New Homes and recently won two silver awards in the National Estate Agency of The Year awards, for Best New Homes Agent and Best Medium Sized Estate Agency.
All of our ten sales offices enjoy prime positions, experienced staff, prominent window displays and extensive quality newspaper advertising.
Each sales officehas a prominently positioned new homes sales display stand, where our A4 New Homes Brochures are displayed.
Our prestigious Lifestyles magazine includes a New Homes specific supplement and this magazine is distributed to homes throughout central and North Hertfordshire and as many reception areas and waiting rooms as possible. Our latest edition is available in leading Hertfordshire branches of W H Smiths.
