    Coloured floorplans - if you ask a buyer what is important to them when looking at properties they will always mention floorplans. It helps buyers understand your layout and also reminds them after viewing of the property. We always see buyers drawing furniture on the plans! They are the most useful tool when buying - to make ours easier to use and understand we have coloured plans.

    Dawn joined Quick and Clarke Estate Agents in 2006 taking over the valuing in the West Hull area based at the Willerby and Driffield offices but also valuing in the Brough area, Cottingham and Beverley. With 25 years of experience in the Industry and having valued properties in the area for the last 19 years. Dawn is qualified to the NAEA award and is an active member of the association.

    Dawn has worked in North and East Yorkshire for local companies from commencement in the Industry and now being Associate Director for Quick and Clarke joining the Quick and Clarke team in 2006. With a wealth of experience in Residential Sales, New Build and Developments, Lettings and Auctions and having experience of the local area, properties and the market.

    Trained and Qualified to the Technical Award with National Federation of Property Professional and a member of the National Association of Estate Agents.

    In Dawn's private time she loves spending time with her husband and family, been kept busy walking her two dogs! Dawn loves travelling and local history.
