    I have been with R M English since 2013 dealing with the valuation, negotiation and sale of residential property. I have worked in all departments of the company which has allowed me to gain extensive knowledge of the villages, market towns and City itself. I am a qualified Chartered Surveyor and run both the Pocklington and York offices.

    I've been in the industry now for 10 years. Having started my career in Cheltenham I moved back up to York in 2016 and have been a core part of the RME team for the last 6 years. I took over management of the lettings team at the start of 2019. My aim was to create a small but effective team who not only care about their clients but always go the extra mile. Despite Covid creating some 'unprecedented' challenges I can safely say 3 years later the service my team provides to its clients is second to none. My main role is to value your investments, provide you with a wealth of advice and impart my knowledge of everything lettings.

    I began working for R M English in 2005 and have worked within both the sales and lettings departments. I have gained several qualifications over the years but I am most proud of becoming a member of the National Association of Estate Agents. My favourite part of my job is valuing houses and agreeing sales for our clients. I look after the majority of sales from the point of accepting an offer at the start all the way through to completion. I am always at hand to answer any questions you may have and will always go that extra mile to sort any problems that may arise. You want to do business with someone you can rely on, and our team at R M English are that guiding voice and helping hand throughout the whole process. In my spare time I like to catch up with family, friends and see my two grandchildren.

    My background is in Heritage Consultancy, having completed a Masters Degree in the Conservation of Historic Buildings. York and its surrounding areas are full of beautiful character properties and designated conservation areas but im interested in all manner of architectural styles and periods. I am involved in both the sales and lettings side of the business and enjoy assisting our clients with any and all queries they may have.
