Established mid 2008 Red Clam was set up by an investment landlord after many years of dealing with lethargic & casual agents who would do the job but never anything above & beyond. Three years on and Red Clam are thriving and were awarded Best Letting Agent 2010 by the West Surrey Association of Surveyors, Auctioneers and Estate Agents. Gaining the majority of our business through word of mouth and recommendation tenants and landlords are dealt with on a level playing field, each given our undivided friendly but professional attention.
Focusing primarily on Residential Lettings & Property Management our experienced team can also offer bespoke services to include acquisition of investments & the selling of any residential property.
