    We pride ourselves on offering the very best quality rental accommodations - from studio apartments through to five-bedroom houses. And because we specialise ONLY in property rental, we can ensure that not only will we find the right property, we can also ensure a smooth, hassle-free moving experience too.

    What our Tenants can expect from us:
    • When you register with us we will match your requirements to suitable properties and accompany you on viewings.
    • Once you have found a property you wish to take we will explain the administration fees which will be applicable to you the tenant throughout the tenancy, once these have been clarified we will ask for a holding deposit to secure the property.
    • We require photographic ID and proof of address from all applicants who take a tenancy through us.
    • Referencing will be undertaken, and your employer and previous landlord (where applicable) will be contacted and a Credit Search undertaken.
    • Once satisfactory references have been obtained we will arrange a move in date for all tenants to sign the tenancy agreement.
    • The move-in monies consist of a month's rent, a security deposit - which is normally the equivalent to a month and half rent - and administration fees for the tenancy agreement, less the holding deposit already paid.
    • On or before move-in day the balance of monies will be paid in cleared funds.
    • An Inventory will normally be provided for you to agree to the condition of the property. This will be important when you come to leave and negotiations are underway for the return of the deposit.
    • The Deposit will be held by us as a Stakeholder in the majority of cases and will be protected under the rules of the Tenancy Deposit Scheme in which we are members.
    • We will require a Standing Order to be completed for monthly rent payments.
    • We will write to gas, electricity, water and council (for council tax purposes) to tell them of the change of occupier; however it is your responsibility to set up accounts for gas and electricity and to inform us of your chosen supplier.
    • We recommend that you take out Contents Insurance for your belongings for the term of the tenancy. www.justlandlords.co.uk

    Jamie Langley - Founder and Managing Director
    Jamie has been involved with the lettings industry for the past 20 years. Prior to setting up Red Key Property Services, Jamie worked in various letting markets for both corporate and independent agents, rising to the position of Regional Partner with responsibility for multiple branches and a property management centre. With a BSc (Hons) in Property Management, Jamie has a real passion for the lettings business and is committed to providing excellent service to all his clients. He founded Red Key Property Services to provide a focused and specialist service to landlords with one property or multiple properties, offering a superior service with outstanding results by focusing solely on lettings. When not running a successful business, Jamie can be found playing the clarinet or piano, spending time with his children and dreaming about whether he will ever be fit enough to run another marathon!

    Jackie Llewellyn - Director
    Jackie brings 20 years of experience working in the Corporate Portfolio Management side of the lettings business. Having previously worked for a large national independent agency, Jackie has been responsible for sourcing properties and building portfolios for clients - including independent building societies, financial institutions, corporate and private investors. Jackie has established excellent working relationships with contacts including private house builders and national companies, helping clients extend their portfolios by sourcing the best deals in the market and providing maximum return on investment. Away from the office Jackie enjoys travelling with her family, especially to Florida where she loves to sit on the beach and listen to the ocean... on the rare occasions when this can be heard above the sounds of her grandchildren!

    As well as being Jamie's wife, Sally ensures that landlords and contractors are paid on time and that all clients' monies are dealt with efficiently and correctly. 
    Away from work Sally has a keen interest in History and Art and can often be found with a paintbrush or in a museum - of course, that is, when she is not looking after the children!
