I have used Redbrik for just over a year now and we have been very pleased with their service. We are new to Letting and have found the way they communicate and keep in touch is fantastic. I would highly recommend them, they keep both tenants and landlords happy by giving great customer service, informing us of all things we need to know without just invoicing us, they send photos which means you get to see problems or issues first hand. Their contractors seem to be reasonable in the only instance we have used them. They also seem to find great tenants which also means things tend to run very smoothly. 

Multi landlord Jayne Jessop required an agent that would market her portfolio of properties superbly and not just find any tenant but the right tenants. Jayne chose Redbrik. 

Having recently refurbished a terraced property, I wanted to find an agent to find me a suitable tenant. I searched Sheffield Forum and other web searches but couldn't find any recent recommendations. I put the house with an agent for 6 weeks, with clear instruction as to the type of tenant I was looking for. Many people viewed the property but none were suitable. I was told the market had slowed down. I rang Peter Lee of Redbrik on a Thursday evening at 5pm, having noticed their signs all over Sheffield. I met with and instructed him at 12 noon the following day. The photographer was with us within the hour, producing professional photographs and a clear description of the condition of the property and of type of tenant I was looking for. The house was on Rightmove with Redbrik by the following day. Peter took many phone calls, screened them to ensure he wasn't wasting time with unsuitable people. The following week Redbrik arranged viewings. On the Wednesday he showed someone round, who I met, references, credit check done and the tenant moved in. Not only are Redbrik excellent at providing a client based service, the management of the property and communication are too. Each landlord is given their own Lettings negotiator who manages the property, does inspections, and deals with any problems that may arise. I have been to the offices to drop off paperwork, and always greeted by friendly, competent staff. Sarah Morris (my lettings negotiator) goes over and above the call of duty to be of assistance. She is a pleasure to deal with and thorough with the administration. I can highly recommend the professional service provided by Redbrik.

Having Rented properties in various cities for many years now, I can happily say the team here are of the highest order, apart from their professional approach and high quality of listings compared to other agents.... nothing was too much trouble! When I found a property, the support throughout the process was fabulous. The most caring and efficient letting company I've ever rented from. Redbrik were really thorough when we moved in, including taking close images of any slight damage in the property to ensure our deposit would not be affected by any previous damage.
