We believe that communication is the key to success for any letting agent and we continually identify new ways of bringing our landlords property to the attention of the widest market possible.We advertise on all the major property portals using the premier memberships to lift our landlord's properties above the competition.Social networking is now proving a significant source of interest and we lead the market there too.We have invested significantly in professional DSLR camera equipment and wide angle lenses to ensure we can present each property at it's best allowing for natural light photography rather than the dark, narrow and flash assisted images provided by point and shoot cameras.

Regal lettings can boast over 60 years of combined lettings experience in the Kent property market.Established in 1998 we have witnessed the transformation of the Kent lettings market from a small discounted portion of the housing sector to an established, competitive one with a vast array of letting agents trying to carve out ever increasing shares of a reducing market.Our experience has allowed us to remain at the forefront of our areas, not just in terms of the number of tenancies we create, but the retention of our Landlords. While some Landlords try the competition in response to promotional offers, we are pleased to report that over 80% of all Landlords return to Regal Lettings within 24 months.Our experience, knowledge and compliance of the lettings industry has ensured that our clients have been protected from inadvertently falling foul of ever changing legislation. Our blog is regularly updated to ensure that we can communicate industry changes to staff and clients alike.We have assisted many landlords who have asked for our help when their letting agents have lacked the experience to deal with issues.

We do not believe in small print or convoluted charges designed to conceal costs that are added in, often to allow for the appearance of very low commission charges.We know of agents advertising management fees as low as 6% but then charging a full month's rental as an upfront fee. Often these 'deals' end up significantly more expensive than our charges and more worryingly they provide the agent with a significant upfront income which reduces any need for the agent to deal with rent arrears issues that may arise.We offer three levels of service for which our charges are made clear. We also offer additional products supplied by third parties such as professional inventories, gas safety certificates and insurance. These are set out clearly in our Terms of Business.We also do not believe in charging inflated tenant's administration fees. Despite our market leading levels of service our tenant administration fees are one of the lowest on the market.
