    Simple Fee Structure

    We do not believe in small print or convoluted charges designed to conceal costs that are added in, often to allow for the appearance of very low commission charges.We know of agents advertising management fees as low as 6% but then charging a full month's rental as an upfront fee. Often these 'deals' end up significantly more expensive than our charges and more worryingly they provide the agent with a significant upfront income which reduces any need for the agent to deal with rent arrears issues that may arise.We offer three levels of service for which our charges are made clear. We also offer additional products supplied by third parties such as professional inventories, gas safety certificates and insurance. These are set out clearly in our Terms of Business.We also do not believe in charging inflated tenant's administration fees. Despite our market leading levels of service our tenant administration fees are one of the lowest on the market.

Here at Regal we want to know as much as possible.     Did you know that some agents take a non-refundable 'Holding Deposit' as well as an administration fee?
    Here at Regal we believe that costs should be fair and that an administration fee should reflect the work we carry out and the expense we incur setting up a tenancy, EG:
    • Independent References. • Removing property from the market.• Administration. Time & Materials.• Drawing up legal agreements.
    Did you know that we charge less than most agents even though we incur charges using professional independent suppliers?
    We also do not charge Holding Fees unless by special agreement.
