The Awards are scored on the content of sales particulars where we use plenty of photographs and include detailed floorplans. Agents’ web sites and the range of portals to which properties are uploaded are assessed. We regularly use the major portals, including Rightmove. Reid+Dean are unique in the Eastbourne area, marketing in London through Mayfair Office. We also offer qualifying properties through Mobility Friendly Homes which is a special service dealing with homes which are accessible or adapted for someone with a disability. Delivering this consistency are our valued sales staff all of whom are NAEA or RICS qualified.
