Based at our office near Bath, we currently let properties within a 25 mile radius covering the cities of Bath, Bristol and Wells and the counties of Mid and North Somerset, South Gloucestershire and West Wiltshire.
We advertise extensively in a range of local newspapers and can arrange a specific advertising service in publications such as Bath Life, Somerset Life or the property sections of The Times or The Daily Telegraph. Our new, customer friendly website is regularly updated in house to ensure that the information displayed is current.
We offer Landlords free rental appraisals and a flexible lettings package tailored to suit their needs. Fully managed properties are maintained to a high standard of care and we can provide Landlords and Tenants with a comprehensive range of buildings, contents and related insurances at competitive premiums.
No type of property is excluded from our portfolio, provided that it meets our standard of presentation and complies with the required safety regulations.
