When you have agreed to buy a property through us we will be doing everything we can to progress the sale through the conveyancing process, and will keep you informed of progress towards the desired outcome.
As a buyer, you will always put yourself in a stronger position if you have arranged any finances you require in advance, ideally with supporting paperwork from your lender and/or evidence of available cash funds. It is also an advantage if you have a good solicitor and surveyor lined up and the costs identified. If you would like us to recommend suitable solicitors, surveyors and mortgage advisers we would be pleased to do so.
