Using the latest bespoke agency software, an advanced computerised system enables us to record a database of thousands of purchasers linking that information with our other branches at Radcliffe on Trent, Bingham, Newark, Southwell and Mansfield. We are able to email and text message prospective buyers as soon as new properties come onto the market and to make contact with several thousand purchasers at the touch of a button.
Staff in the branch are local estate agents with a wealth of experience having worked in the industry for a long time.
We are also able to offer mortgage advice with our independent mortgage adviser, James Carpenter, of Wright Mortgages, whose initial appointment is free of charge. He is able to see customers either in their home or the office.
Our commercial department based at Newark also covers this area and we are able to provide valuations and surveys on all types of commercial and residential property.
