Robert Ellis Estate Agents and Chartered Surveyors have provided a letting service for around 20 years, being involved with managing both residential and commercial properties. The Branch now manages over 600 properties in the West Nottingham area for individual Landlords and is also well equipped to offer a professional portfolio management service to larger clients.
With many people now choosing to rent a property rather than purchase, this area of our business has grown significantly over recent years and we are now letting on average at least 2 properties per working day with our portfolio of both available and managed properties continuing to expand.
The Property Management team are located in both central Beeston, along the High Road and in Long Eaton on the corner of Market Place. We are also capable of utilising our other offices in Beeston and Stapleford. Director Guy hall fronts up the Property Management team from Beeston, with Property Managers Ian Spencer and Matthew Drakeley managing both the Long Eaton branch and Beeston branch respectively. Between us we have over 50 year’s experience in the local Residential Letting market.
