In 2001 the company went forward as a Limited Company and the current owner/director is assisted in the running of the office by Sales Manager Alan Rogers , who joined the company on a full-time basis in 2007 from university, after several years of part-time affiliation with the company, and Ann-Marie Hatfield on lettings who has recently joined the company, backed up by Emily Burnell who is another new addition to the branch. Margaret Poole has been a valued member of the company several years and looks after the accounts side as well as Saturdays.
Overall this joint experience is a major asset and the company has continued to grow into one of the strongest Sole Agents, in both Sales and Lettings, in the local area and continues to increase its client bank relying on both new business as well as goodwill and repeat business from many satisfied customers that have used its services.
