    Getting the value right.Valuing a property correctly is crucial to it's successful sale. If your asking price is too high then your property may compare unfavourably with similar properties for sale and you then risk many buyers passing you by.It has been known for some Estate Agents to purposely over inflate the value of property purely to impress the owner and win their business.  This will lead to huge frustration on behalf of the seller and ultimately will jeopardise selling.     Mark has been a surveyor for 25 years and a partner in the firm for 10 years. Before joining Rona he had worked for the Civil Service and a large surveying firm in Central London.
