Therefore, we can be proactive in Marketing because our close contacts with local occupiers can give us early warning of tenantís changing property needs and as we have a strong presence as the local experts, we receive many enquiries from people outside the area interested in relocating here.
Our local knowledge gives us chances to be creative in our marketing.
For example, we knew the Director of Property & Facilities at Coca Cola Enterprises and that they had an expiry coming up and were not satisfied with their existing building, so we were able to present refurbishment plans to them of a 118,000 sq ft office building in Uxbridge, which led to them leasing all of it.
In the last 6 years 1.8 million sq ft of offices have been let or sold in the Uxbridge area including Stockley Park and SWCPC were involved in arranging 33% of the transactions, by floor area.
We are currently marketing over 300,000 sq ft of offices in the Uxbridge area.
