    The Seaford office is led by David Hitchins and Oliver Stanyard, David is a fellow of the National Association of Estate Agents (NAEA) and has 30 years' experience in Estate Agency in Seaford. Oliver has worked in estate agency for over fifteen years, predominantly based in Seaford. His role as partner includes overseeing the day-to-day running of the office and conducting valuations.

    Seaford is a small seaside town with a population of 27,000. Situated on the South Coast of England between the larger coastal resorts of Eastbourne and Brighton. Enclosed by the South Downs National Park and with 1.5 miles of beach, Seaford enjoys a wide choice of shopping facilities. There is a railway station with main line access to London Victoria (90 minutes). Frequent bus service to Eastbourne and Brighton. Cross Channel Ferry service from Newhaven to Dieppe.

     David Hitchins FNAEA | Partner | Seaford

    David gained his Estate Agency experience in both the corporate and independent sectors. He joined Rowland Gorringe as a partner in 1991, and manages the Seaford Office. With his extensive local knowledge and experience, David has become renowned for his friendly professional approach. David lives in Seaford with his wife and two teenage children. David is a keen sailor, and enjoys mountain biking.

    Oliver has worked in estate agency for over fifteen years, predominantly based in Seaford. His role as partner includes overseeing the day-to-day running of the office and conducting valuations.     Rupert Pharoah | Senior Negotiator |Seaford Office

    Rupert joined the Rowland Gorringe team in Seaford in 2012, having worked for corporate Estate Agents in Brighton and Eastbourne. He hasn't looked back since. He grew up in Seaford from the age of 5, and studied Graphic Design/Illustration in Essex. He fell into a 'temporary' job as a croupier and liked it so much he continued for another nine years, most of which time was spent working on cruise ships travelling the world. About 12 years ago, Rupert decided to settle back in Seaford where he met his wife, and they now have two young children.

    Megan Pierce Sales Negotiator | Seaford Office
    Megan grew up within the local area and has been working as an estate agent since 2016. With her friendly nature and positive attitude, Megan works closely with buyers and sellers, building rapport and helping them to find their perfect future home. Megan has just recently brought her first property in Seaford which she is currently renovating. Outside the office she enjoys dog walks and socialising with friends and family.

    Joseph has lived in Seaford all his life so has substantial local knowledge. After finishing his qualifications in IT in the events industry, he decided to pursue estate agency and enjoys meeting clients and building rapport. Outside of work, he enjoys watching films and playing computer games but mostly playing and adding to his collection of guitars.

    Julie has worked in Estate Agency for around 15 years and joined Rowland Gorringe in 2006. She lives in Bishopstone and loves being outdoors, walking her Bassett Hound and enjoying the beach. In her spare time she has a fulfilling voluntary role as a School Governor for a Special School which she has a personal affinity with as she has a son with disabilities.
