Established in 2001 as Royle Estates (Lancaster) Ltd , we have combined local knowledge and experience of over twenty five years in the Lettings and Property Management Sector.
We ensure all our staff are trained in all aspects of the relevant sections of Letting and Property Management from viewings, advertising and sign ups to repairs, maintenance, inventories and landlord statements.
We offer a fair and competitive rate both to Landlord and Tenant. We don't charge you or your tenant to renew the contract after the initial term, we don't charge commission on repairs and maintenance and we don't charge applicants excessive amounts in administration fees and are subsequently one of the most competitive around.
