We have now opened an office in Beijing with over a hundred consultants helping us expand our business within the Chinese market.

    We provide the option of two main services, so whatever your property needs, we can help. Choose from either Let and Rent Collection only or Premium Fully Managed.

    Let and Rent Collection Service

    Our let and rent collection service is for landlords who wish to be involved in the maintenance of their property and take a more 'hands-on' approach when it comes to the day-to-day management side of things. Opting for this service will include:

    • Marketing your property and sourcing and qualifying a suitable tenant

    • Preparing the tenancy agreement

    • Collecting rent from your tenant and paying it promptly into your account via bank transfer

    • Renewing the tenancy and negotiating rent increases

    Registering the deposit in accordance with MyDeposits' protection scheme and providing both you and the tenant with the correct documentation to ensure you are always fully compliant with DPS regulations

    Premium Fully Managed Service

    With our premium fully managed service you can rest assured that your property is in the exceptionally good hands of our property management team, who will take care of all the day-to-day management and maintenance concerns as well as any issues or queries raised by the tenant. This is a fully comprehensive service and as well as everything in our rent collection package, it also includes:

    • Looking after your property throughout the tenancy by ensuring your obligation as a landlord is fulfilled

    • Arrange EPC • Arrange Gas Safety Checks and annual renewals

    • Arrange for inventory / check in to be completed

    • Dealing with day to day matters throughout the tenancy

    • Regular visits to your property throughout each tenancy to check and report its condition and attend to any repair or maintenance issues that arise

    • Managing reported maintenance issues and arranging repairs as required through our experienced and trusted team of qualified contractors

    • Advising on and assisting with the legal aspects of letting your property

    • Service of the section 21 notice at start of the tenancy

    • Online statements • Dealing with any insurance claims • 24-hour emergency maintenance line for tenants • Handover service at the end of each tenancy

    • Negotiate the terms of tenant's deposits between yourself and tenants
