Ryan James - Managing Director

Ryan has worked selling houses in both the North East & North Yorkshire areas for a number of years. Ryan has an excellent knowledge of the industry having completed his NFOPP Level Three in residential sales and has excelled in a number of roles throughout the industry starting as a sales negotiator and progressing on to become a valuer & branch manager for an independent estate agent in Bishop Auckland. After spending the last year working & being mentored under the market leader in Northallerton & Thirsk, Ryan decided to return back to his roots in Bishop Auckland and established Ryan James Estate Agents in the Spring of 2020 to offer the residents of County Durham an alternative agent that can deliver what they promise. Under his vision the company focuses on a high level of customer service for both buyers & sellers. Covering Bishop Auckland and the surrounding areas, Ryan is always on hand to deal with all enquiries from private sellers to developers giving them the bespoke personal service that suit their property needs .
