Within 2 months of beginning to advertise on Rightmove.co.uk alone, we were notified that our click through rate (CTR) was 7.2%. With 8% being achieved by the top 25% of letting agents, we were informed that our rapid success was due to our well scripted adverts created for the medium of the internet.
This has also proved one of our key policies of NO BOARDS which are disliked by landlords, tenants and neighbours alike. We care about the environment, gone are the days when you would have to drive around to look out for To Let or For Sale boards. Does a board make your property and the surrounding environment more attractive or is it more a case of "urban vandalism" akin to graffiti tags mainly for the self promotion of Estate Agents. We hope that by being the first estate agency to introduce a NO BOARDS policy will encourage others to do the same.
