We ensure all prospective tenants meet our strict letting requirements and match them with our available properties.
All viewings are pre-arranged via appointments and prospective tenants are accompanied at all times. Every tenant is referenced, a full credit check is conducted and if requested a Rent Default Guarantee can be included with the tenancy agreement. We will arrange for the Landlord Gas Certificate and Electrical certificate, these are legally required. An Inventory will be arranged for your property before your tenant moves in, this protects your property and the tenant’s deposit. Our dedicated Property Managers will ensure your property is maintained and the legal requirements are in place.
