Samuel Wood & Company, Ludlow
Samuel Wood & Company was formed in 1995 by partners Gareth Samuel, FNAEA, and Anthony Wood, FRICS. Both have been involved in Estate Agency all their working lives. They were formerly both partners of Hall Wateridge and Owen, until the Company was taken over by General Accident in the late 80's.
Since deciding to branch out on their own as Samuel Wood & Co., their Company has expanded rapidly over the years and now has four very successful offices, based in Shrewsbury, Craven Arms, Ludlow and Oswestry, giving excellent coverage across the County and over the Welsh Borders.
In Ludlow, Andrew Cadwallader, MNAEA, is a local person, so he is au fait with the south of the County and North Herefordshire. Having done his Estate Agency training with another local agent, he has brought us his expertise and enthusiasm.
