Samuel Wood & Company was formed in 1995 by partners Gareth Samuel, FNAEA, and Anthony Wood, FRICS. Both have been involved in Estate Agency all their working lives. They were formerly both partners of Hall Wateridge and Owen, until the Company was taken over by General Accident in the late 80's.
Since deciding to branch out on their own as Samuel Wood & Co., their Company has expanded rapidly over the years and now has four very successful offices, based in Shrewsbury, Craven Arms, Ludlow and Oswestry, giving excellent coverage across the County and over the Welsh Borders
David Hall very ably manages the Oswestry Office and was himself a former General Accident Manager. He has over 20 years' experience in Estate Agency and a wealth of wisdom concerning his 'home patch', covering the North Shropshire and the Welsh Border areas.
Samuel Wood & Company handle all types of residential and commercial property, throughout Shrewsbury and the Welsh Marches. The offices are computer linked with the latest Estate Agency software, enabling properties to be uploaded onto the internet virtually as soon as they come on the market.
