    Tim Fairweather Director
    Tim Fairweather started his property career in his teens in 1987 within Hertfordshire before moving to Marylebone almost 20 years ago. After several years gaining experience with local firms he set up on his own residential sales agency in 2002, Sturridge Fairweather. Tim brought his tremendous expertise and knowledge of the Marylebone market to Sandfords when he set up the Marylebone office in 2006. Tim is passionate about sport and spends a considerable amount of time out cross country running around Chorleywood where he lives or in and under his classic British sports car - an immaculate Austin-Healey 3000.

    Fred Edouard Senior Sales Negotiator 
    Fred was born in beautiful Mauritius, the island of multi cultural, smiling people. He moved to the UK with his parents and grew up in Worthing where he played basketball for Worthing Town. Fred started his career in estate agency in 2003 starting with a large national company before moving to London. After a gap year to travel the world, he joined the sales department at Sandfords in 2016. Travelling is still his main passion, along with snowboarding, running and cooking. Any other spare time is spent with his family.

    Helena Penn Secretary/PA
    Helena left high school and went to college to study beauty therapy. She decided that the beauty business was not for her and started a job as an administrator for a large chain of estate agents in Essex where she remained for two and half years. She moved to West End agent in 2008 before joining Sandfords in our Marylebone office. Outside work, Helena enjoys going out and socialising with friends, going on holidays and music festivals.
