I write in praise of your lettings team particularly Julia who tracked us down waiting in vain for another agent to do what they said they would do, Aneta who found us a good tenant at a good rent and Elle and Chloe for sorting out the management. Dear Andrew,It has been some time since we last met but I am currently working with an asset management company and I wanted share my recent experience with Sandfords with you. I have been working with your team on a few lettings deals - we rented a property for one of our directors last year through Heather and most recently I asked Julia if Sandfords would like to assist with the letting of a client's property in Brook Street, Mayfair. The property was valued by Knight Frank at £1,500 p.w. and our client wanted to achieve £2,000 p.w., which in this market seemed almost impossible. Our client is extremely pleased that we were able to achieve £1,850 p.w. and this is thanks to your dedicated team. Jacqui was so proactive with viewings and feedback and I took much delight in letting Knight Frank know that we had let the property through Sandfords considering that I did not have one email, phone call or update from them. The property was let very efficiently and Jacqui and Natalia were so helpful throughout the whole process. Hi, I hope you don't mind but I requested your contact details from Stephanie Stevenson as I wanted to give you some feedback on the experience I had letting through Sandfords. I contacted Stephanie via the website when I was looking for property along with a lot of other agents as I was relocating back to the UK from the US and needed to find something quickly. Amongst all of them, Stephanie was by far the fastest to respond, the most helpful and the one who listened most to what my needs were and had obviously looked carefully at properties that would really be suitable rather than trying to talk me into something that didn't fit my needs. She was really great. As a result I found a property with her that was perfect for us and then she handed me over to Michael Mudie to finalise the tenancy agreement. It wasn't a straight forward job because my husband was still in the US and our previous landlords were there too but Michael bent over backwards to be as helpful as he possibly could and was super responsive throughout a process that could otherwise have been very stressful. People are very quick to contact management whenever something goes wrong so I thought for a change you might like to hear some positive feedback that your staff have really been wonderful throughout.
