Michael Scott has been letting property since 1976 and is a member of the regional committee of the NLA (National Landlords Association) which runs the Deposit Protection Scheme with Hamilton Frazier Insurance. Scott Castle was founded in 1982 by Michael Scott. Scott Castle is a family run business manages several hundred units of rented properties in the local area from our Boscombe office covering Bournemouth, Poole, Christchurch and surrounding areas.

UKALA Agency Accreditation is a national scheme based on continued professional development for property managers with built in safeguards such as client money protection and independent redress which are included in UKALA membership.
The scheme offers greater consistency in property management and provides quality assurance for landlords, tenants and local authorities, many of which are increasingly looking to accreditation to improve all aspects of rental standards. UKALA Agency Accreditation is also recognised by the Mayor of London's London Rental Standard

Scott Castle Provide Tenants and Landlords With An Out Of Hours Emergency Service.
Scott Castle work with TMD - The Maintenance Department in Poole are now contracted by Scott Castle for out of office hours. All emergency will be assessed before attendance.
Please note that should an emergency call out not be deemed an emergency when they attend the tenant would be liable for the £110+VAT per hour call out charge. Please ensure that the service is used strictly for emergencies only.
An emergency call out is not to repair or replace but to make safe until the issue can be dealt with during office hours.
