    Mark Scott-Symonds has been in the estate agency business for over 39 years and opened the office in Woodstock in 1992. Before starting up on his own he worked for independant chartered surveyors and estate agents in the Oxfordshire area heading the residential department. He specialises in the sale of residential property sales, valuation, property management, lettings, commercial, property development,  planning and probate valuations.

    Katie has gained a broad knowledge of the property industry through working at Scott-Symonds Estate Agents since 2010 and being involved on building projects intermittently since 2005, acquiring a good general understanding of building construction.  She is a very enthusiastic and proficient member of the team and alongside her administrative skills, enjoys aiding clients in all aspects of the sometimes stressful phases of selling and purchasing properties.  Her calm, quiet and friendly approach is appreciated by clients.

    Katie has lived locally all her life and is very familiar with many of the villages and towns that fall within our vicinity, her familiarity is helpful for those purchasing homes who are new to the area.

Most people dislike the ‘hard sell’ when they are considering such an important purchase as their home and when selling a property Scott-Symonds know the approach made to prospective purchasers is best accomplished with the assistance of a fully trained / qualified estate agent. Any property to be placed on the market is inspected immediately with advice on price and the best method of sale given.
