    I joined the Sewell Gardner team in 2016 and have worked in both residential sales & new homes since. I am now Head of Sales and am responsible for the day to day running of our sales team. Myself & my colleague Jackie also conduct our market appraisals. Having worked in estate agency for over 20 years, I have helped hundreds of local people move and I firmly believe in giving good honest advice.

    I joined Sewell & Gardner as a Trainee Sales Consultant in 2010 and over the following 13 years I have worked my way to the role of Sales Manager. Having worked in Rickmansworth for so many years, I am delighted to have built great relationships with so many people locally and love helping them when they come to move house again. My responsibilities include market appraisals, sales progression and keeping our buyers and sellers up to date with everything that's going on. I also enjoy training the newer members of the team and hope they will follow a similar path to mine.

    Having worked for Sewell & Gardner for almost 5 years, I feel fortunate enough to work with a friendly and supportive team here who have taught me so much and given me the knowledge needed to progress into my current role. As Shared Ownership Manger, I am responsible for agreeing sales on our sales ownership properties and progressing these through to completion. We are one of the only agents locally who have a shared ownership department and I am passionate about helping people who are keen to use the scheme. There are many differences between shared ownership & private sales so I think it is important to instruct a team with a specialist team if you are looking to sell shared ownership.
