    Our second Partner and co-owner of Seymours Grayshott James King, has been working in the village and property industry for over 5 years. Well recognised given his sheer height at 6ft 6" and with the warmest of smiles and a great personality, he is a huge asset to the Seymours family and local community. 

    Having grown up and lived in Grayshott for his whole life, James knows the area inside out.  He is passionate about being the best estate agent in the local area and always looks to set new standards and provide the best service possible. He is also proud and excited to be joining Seymours, an independent agent that shares his values and cares about the local community, something that he looks to continue and take over in the village. He will continue to work with an unrivalled team of people who are equally passionate about helping vendors and buyers, landlords and tenants move and achieve their dreams.

    Our wonderful Sales Negotiator and combined office manager/branch administrator has worked in a Grayshott estate agency for 17 years. She loves the variety of her role, from meeting all sorts of people and helping them realise their moving ambitions, to visiting new homes and seeing what different owners do with them. Sarah lives in Headley Down and because of this has an exceptional knowledge of what makes the local community tick.
