    Knaphill's Leading Estate Agent


    Each of the 18 Seymours Surrey offices are owned and run by a partner to ensure the highest level of service. The resident partners Andrew White and Simon Stone have a combined experience of the industry of over 45 years with much of that time spent working in the Woking area.

    We are very proud to sponsor many of the local community events to include the Knaphill Show as well as Knaphill Primary school summer and Christmas events, Bisley Strawberry Fair and the West End Show.

    In more recent years we have been very proud to become involved with the Sam Beare Hospice. This has involved raising money via the annual Dragon Boat race at Goldsworth Park lake as well as many members of staff voluntarily participating in marathons and other organised events. We are proud to be local and support the community in whatever way we can.

    I started working as an estate agent in 1995 following in the footsteps of many of my family members so estate agency is very much in my blood. I opened the Knaphill branch in 2010 and have enjoyed working with the local community. I enjoy spending my spare time with my family as well as watching football and movies.

    Simon Stone - Partner
    I started my career in estate agency in St Johns in 1988 working in and around the Woking area for many years before further extending my career in several other key Surrey locations. Since returning in 2012, I have thoroughly enjoyed helping make Seymours Knaphill the No1 agent in the village. We can only do this if we are committed to providing excellent customer service, something we very much pride ourselves on. Any spare time I get is spent with my young family.

    I have been at the Knaphill office for 6 years and built a wealth of knowledge of the local property market. The estate agency business is extremely exciting and I hope my passionate and enthusiastic approach will help me assist the local people of Knaphill and the surrounding villages. I too have attended the local schools of Sythwood and Winston Churchill and have lived in the area all my life. I enjoy cooking as well as playing football and keeping fit.

    I started my estate agency career in 2010 opening the Knaphill branch with Andrew and Natalie. It has been great to see the team grow along with the business as well as helping many friends and family move within the area. My extensive local knowledge has been gained having been born and raised in Knaphill going through the Hermitage and Winston Churchill Schools. In my spare time I enjoy keeping fit, playing golf and watching football.

Having seen Seymours as the leading independent agent in Woking I was excited to join the Knaphill team in 2018 and have certainly not looked back.     Being part of the original team that opened the Knaphill office it is really exciting to see how it has grown and I have enjoyed my role as PA to the partners. My previous PA experience was to a Regional Director in a large corporate estate agency. I went through the local schools of Holy Trinity and Winston Churchill and have lived most of my life in nearby West End. In my spare time I enjoy being with my young family and friends.

    Sandra Mitchell - Client Relationship Manager
    We are very lucky to have Sandra as part of our team looking after buyers and sellers during the sales progression. Having worked in agency since early 2002, Sandra began her career with Mann & Co in Horsell and went on to become a branch manger working in Goldsworth Park, Weybridge and Chobham. Sandra's extensive knowledge of all aspects of the industry is hard to match and there is rarely a issue that she hasn't already overcome. At what is potentially the most stressful and complex part of the buying and selling process Sandra has a refreshing ability to be both calming and reassuring whilst still stern enough to get the job done. Grateful clients often drop in wine and chocolates which on the odd occasion she will share with the rest of the team. Sandra lives locally and is partial to a pamper day when she isn't working her way through the wine and chocolates.
