    David Simpson MNAEA - Director
    Born in Ware and having attended Richard Hale secondary school before joining Shepherds in 1984. He has three daughters in various stages of work and education and his interests include his two dogs - Roxy & Buffy, fitness and gym, motorcycling, photography, film, eating out and travel. With all his years in the industry, David remains very much at the sharp end of Shepherds' day to day business getting around town quickly and efficiently on his company Vespa.

    Peter Bluffield, MNAEA - Residential Sales Manager
    Qualified within The Property Photography Academy and having passed the NFOPP technical course in residential estate agency, Peter's skillset is put to good use since joining us in 2007 - carrying out most of our property photography. Born locally and schooled in Hoddesdon. Peter has worked in banking and finance prior to embarking upon his career in estate agency. Having become a first time dad in 2016 - when he can, he enjoys travel, cinema and socialising. Peter is the technical whizz in the office tweaking systems, output and operating procedures.
