    Claire has worked in estate agency for nearly 20 years and has undertaken various industry standard exams during this time including NVQ level 2 and 3 in the Sale of Residential Property. Her passion within sales is being proactive and problem solving during difficult cases and will always be on hand to reassure her clients along the way! Claire always wants to provide the best customer service from the initial market appraisal right through to completion. Claire's time outside of work is taken up by her son Noah and dog Joey.

      We learnt the hard way the value of an excellent estate agent like Claire and her team at Mayfair. We were approached by someone who offered us a private sale. It was tempting to save the money that you have to pay to an estate agent so we went ahead. The whole thing was a disaster from start to finish. Suffice to say that after several months the sale fell through not least because the buyer had misrepresented their position to us but also because there was nobody to manage the sale and drive it through. Having learnt that lesson when we put the property back on the market we decided that we would sell it via an estate agency. We could not have chosen a better agent than Claire.
