    Since its launch in November 2012, the Petts Wood branch of Sinclair Hammelton has gone from strength to strength.     Our bespoke Open Days are a great way of inviting prospective purchasers to see your property collectively during one short time period, rather than through the more time consuming method of individual appointments. Most of our property Open Days take place on weekends as this is when buyers have more time to look around the properties they are interested in.

    All prospective buyers will be personally invited by us with bespoke invitations. In addition, your property will be marketed on all the property portals and in local lifestyle magazines. This will ensure we reach the very widest possible audience. An Open Day also enables prospective purchasers to see that the house they are viewing is in great demand, which in turn encourages buyers to make the best offer they possibly can.
