Smith-Woolley & Perry, Folkestone
The Folkestone Office was first established in the Manor Office, 43 Castle Hill Avenue in 1929 as part of Smith-Woolley & Co, Chartered Surveyors which was first formed in 1777. In 1967 the firm became Smith-Woolley & Perry whilst expanding the original management base to Commercial and Residential Agency.
As an agency we have maintained a niche in the residential market – not trying to access the whole market – but experienced specialists in the mid to upper range of property – whether apartments, family homes, village or country homes with land, our philosophy has always been to create quality presentation, using the most up to date methods which in turn creates value for our clients and eases the selling process.
