Smith and Partners is a regional independant land and estate agency specialising in the sale of country properties in Nottinghamshire, North Leicestershire and the Lincolnshire borders.
As an independent practice we are not driven by the targets of a corporate parent or influenced by considerations of selling mortgages and financial services - we are able to concentrate on marketing rural properties on a personal and professional basis.
In the main our properties are in village or rural locations within 20 mile radius of Nottingham and we place a stong emphasis on servicing a purchaser's specific requirements - particulary relocation purchasers who are often at a disadvantage in securing the right property.
